What you bought

The Mum’s Bundle is a digital download (a set of guides, templates and trackers). Because it’s delivered instantly as files, there’s nothing physical to return or exchange — the guarantee is simply a full refund.

How to get a refund

Email jess@themumsbundle.co.uk within 60 days of your purchase. Mention the email you used at checkout so I can find your order. The refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within a few working days.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is offered on top of your statutory rights. Under UK consumer law you have rights regarding digital content that is faulty or not as described — this policy doesn’t take those away.
